The cabins were constructed following sustainable principles, utilizing minimal wood and cement, focusing on bamboo harvested on the property, sourcing wood primarily from branches, end cuts (costillones) or cleaning cuts.
Casa Raiz is your hideaway spot with a wonderful ocean view. This cabin can sleep 4 people and is great for families, couples or friends. The birds and monkeys love to frequent this area. This cabin has 2 floors with a queen bed on the lower floor, 2 twin beds in the loft above, a private bathroom, an open air shower with an ocean view, a small desk and a beautiful front deck with a sofa and a hammock. This cabin is located about 5 minutes up on our hillside so be ready for a hike to enjoy this scenic viewpoint.
The Mango cabin is nestled between mango trees in the back with an ocean view right from the bed. This cabin is perfect for couples or honeymooners. Mango is located about 5 minutes up on our hillside so be ready for a hike to arrive at this private room.
The Ranchito cabin is a rustic and enticing cabin surrounded by mangosteen trees and heliconias that attract hummingbirds. It has a very nice lounging area for viewing wildlife and easy beach access. This cabin has one queen bed, lockable closet, bathroom, shower, and deck.
The Bamboo is a great couples or friend’s cabin located in the exotic gardens with great opportunities to spot scarlet macaws in the surrounding trees. Take in the natural curves of the structure as you relax into the tranquil surroundings. This cabin has a queen size bed or two single beds depending on your preference, a private bathroom, and a private shower.
The Ylang Ylang cabin is a great spot for family or friends to take in the jungle sights and sounds as the calming scent of the ylang ylang flower wafts by. This cabin is tucked into the gardens where ylang ylang trees and lemongrass abound. This cabin has one private bedroom with a queen bed and another room with a queen size bed or 2 comfy single beds for 2 other people to share. It has a private bathroom, shower and a beautiful front deck with comfy seating and a hammock for lounging.
Tiki Tents are small crafted jungle tents that evoke a mixture of images between family camping trips and exotic tiki adventures on an isolated island. They are placed on elevated bamboo platforms with an overhead hand-thatched roof and a deck to sit outside and ponder life’s mysteries. The tents are speckled around the blooming gardens, providing a great opportunity to view animals feeding on the fruit trees and quick access to the beach. The small tents are designed to fit 2 people very comfortably with either a double or 2 single mattresses. Tiki guests share one of several communal bathrooms located within very close range.
